Brian A. Kane is recognized for his disciplined operating leadership, ability to lead large organizations, and deep financial expertise. He currently serves as a senior advisor to Welsh Carson and as Executive Chairman of Tivity Health. Previously, he was President of Aetna at CVS Health, where he played a key role in integrating Aetna into the broader CVS enterprise and strengthening operational and financial performance. From 2014 to 2021, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Humana, where he helped shape corporate strategy, led the company to exceed analystsβ expectations for 23 straight quarters, and oversaw its growing primary care business, now known as CenterWell Senior Primary Care. Before joining Humana, Mr. Kane spent 17 years at Goldman Sachs as a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division, executing major financings, mergers and acquisitions, and managing shareholder relations across healthcare, consumer, financial, and hospitality sectors. He has also advised leading private equity firms on strategy, operations, and financial performance across a range of healthcare services companies.
Anisha Patel-Dunn, D.O. served as Chief Medical Officer at LifeStance Health from 2019 to 2024. As CMO, Dr. Patel-Dunn was responsible for overseeing all clinical services delivered through LifeStance, ensuring that care quality met and exceeded professional standards. Prior to LifeStance, Dr. Patel-Dunn built and managed a large group practice, Pacific Coast Psychiatric Associates, now part of LifeStance Health. In addition to her executive work, Dr. Patel-Dunn has nearly 20 years of experience as a practicing board-certified adult psychiatrist.
Dr. Munasifi has more than 40 years of experience practicing adult psychiatry. He has been in private practice in Tallahassee since 1982. He completed his internship and residency at the University of Miami where he also served as Medical Director in the Psychiatry Department. In addition to private practice, he has served as medical director at the Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare Behavioral Health Center and as a Clinical Associate Professor at the Florida State University College of Medicine. Dr. Munasifi is a Life Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
Dr. Lotfy has more than 15 years of experience practicing adult psychiatry. Dr. Lotfy is board certified in both Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine and licensed to practice in both Colorado and California. He completed his medical training at Cairo University, Egypt where he received outstanding honors. Dr. Lotfy completed his psychiatry training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas where he was chief resident.
